1. THREE copies of this form to be submitted by the screening authority to The Secretary, Air Priorities.

Board, for acceptance and approval.

2. Priorities.

Priority !. Most Immediate.

A movement of such urgency as to justify causing delay to all other loads in order to provide the fastest possible transit.

Priority II. Immediate.

A movement of such urgency as to necessitate transport by the first available aircraft.

Priority III. Urgent.

A movement justifying the first possible transport, without detriment to movement having a higher priority.

Priority IV. Important.

Movements desirable by air, but which do not necessitate air travel along the whole route, and which may, therefore, be accomplished in part by other means.

3. Movement Authority.

No ticket will be issued by the Air Booking Centre unless the passenger is in possession of identity papers, medical certificate, and passport (where necessary), and an Air Movement Authority.

4. Baggage Allowance.

Except in special circumstances the total weight of baggage allowed to be carried by air is 65 lbs.

Baggage in excess of this weight will normally not be allowed unless essential for duty and then only

if it is claimed at the time of making application and if approved by the Air Priorities Board.

5. Cost of Flight.

Where the cost of passage is not payable in cash the person signing the application must be authorised

to commit the Department, Government, etc., against whom the cost of passage is recoverable.
